Return & Refund Policy

Every Tailors Guild garment is made to measure, cut and crafted for the individual client, and once an order is confirmed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded. We do not offer returns or refunds on made-to-measure orders or on accessories.

Should you notice any damage or discrepancy upon receiving your order, please write to us within 3 days of delivery so we can address it. Complimentary alterations are available for two months from the date of delivery; beyond this period, alterations can still be arranged, with the cost borne by the client.

For customers ordering from overseas, Tailors Guild will not be liable for any customs or duties charged upon delivery. In the event a package is returned to us for non-payment of duties or shipping charges, we are not liable to reship it unless the shipping cost is paid again, and no cancellation or refund will be issued in such cases.
